Course Contents
Several topics from the basic course "Fysische Transportverschijnselen" (TN2785) are treated at a higher (mathematical) level, e.g. by using the Fourier and Laplace transforms. Equations which have been presented without proof in the regular course, will be formally deduced. Some attention for computational ways to solve complex problems. We will also study some advanced literature.
Study Goals
To understand the (mathematical) basis of Transport Phenomena at a deeper level.

Homework exercises, to be presented by students and discussed during weekly sessions.

Homework, presentations, contribution to discussions, final assignment
